Reports – Hugo Boss to Alpha Tauri, Alfa Romeo to Haas

Reports suggest that the well-known German fashion brand, Hugo Boss, is being considered for the naming rights of Red Bull’s second Formula 1 team, Alpha Tauri.

Dr. Helmut Marko has already disclosed that the Faenza-based team will undergo a rebranding for the 2024 season.

“If a deal goes through, the team would likely start as Hugo Boss Bulls Racing,” as reported by motorsport-magazin.com.

Hugo Boss is currently a sponsor at Aston Martin.

Additionally, there are speculations that Hugo Boss might explore the possibility of acquiring the entire Red Bull clothing brand, including Alpha Tauri.

On the other hand, team sponsor Orlen is also claimed to be interested in the deal, and Red Bull is expected to make a decision on this matter in September.

Regarding the potential move from Aston Martin, a Hugo Boss spokeswoman declined to comment, as stated by Kolner Express.

In a different scenario, Speed Week reports that as Alfa Romeo steps away from the Swiss team Sauber due to its transition to Audi, the Italian carmaker could take over the naming rights to Haas’ Ferrari engines from 2024.

Consequently, Haas would be known as Haas-Alfa Romeo in Formula 1.

Speed Week mentioned that the official announcement of this change is anticipated to take place during the Italian Grand Prix in early September.
