Despite Mercedes’ inability to win a race this season, Lewis Hamilton claims the final part of the current F1 season will not be a “chore.”
At high speeds, Mercedes’ W13’s suspension begins to bounce, which has a number of knock-on effects on performance, including making corner entry extremely difficult. Mercedes’ progress this season has been hampered by W13’s porpoising. Due to porpoising and mechanical issues, Lewis Hamilton and George Russell are winless this season.
When asked how much of a chore the end-of-season run-in would be, Hamilton replied, “I don’t see it as a chore.”
